📦 Orders & Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship globally from our workshop in Turkey. All items are carefully packed in multi-layer foam and secured in wooden crates to ensure safe delivery.

What are the shipping options?
We offer EXW, FOB, and CIF Incoterms. Shipping method and cost depend on your location and order size. We’ll provide a detailed quote before production begins.

How long does production take?
Standard production time is 4–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order and custom requests.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we provide tracking details and shipping documents.

 

🪨 Product & Materials

Are all pieces unique?
Yes. Since marble is a natural stone, variations in color and veining are expected. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, which adds to its authenticity and timeless beauty.

Can I customize dimensions or finishes?
Absolutely. You can request custom sizes, materials (Travertine, Calacatta Viola, Emperador, etc.), and finishes (polished, honed, brushed). Visit our Custom Orders page for details.

Are the sinks pre-drilled?
Yes. All sinks come with a standard drain hole (Ø45 mm). Faucet and overflow holes can be added upon request.

 

🧼 Care & Maintenance

How do I clean marble surfaces?
Use a soft cloth with mild, pH-neutral soap and warm water. Avoid acidic cleaners (like vinegar or lemon) as they can damage the stone.

Do I need to seal the marble?
Yes. We recommend sealing marble surfaces once or twice a year to protect against stains and moisture.

Are marble surfaces durable?
Marble is strong and long-lasting, but like all natural materials, it requires care. With proper maintenance, your piece will last for generations.

 

💳 Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. For larger projects, installment payments may be arranged.

What is your return policy?
Since each product is handcrafted and made to order, returns are generally not accepted. However, if your item arrives damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue or replace the product.
